LEM Maintenance is a Facility Management (FM) subsidiary of Lambert Electromec. LEM Maintenance provides a wide and coordinated range of services aimed at improving the quality of buildings and facilities in west Africa.
Our range of services includes:
Preventive Maintenance: These are scheduled inspections, services and maintenance of all facility components, safety inspections and reports.
Routine / Day-to-Day Maintenance: These are regular daily, weekly, or monthly activities to ensure the general upkeep of the facility and its systems against normal wear and tear.
Major Repairs / Replacement: These involve the repair or replacement of equipment that are critical.
Renovations and Retrofit: These are renovation activities involving the restoration and improvement of dilapidated facilities. Most often, these activities include Upgrading Residential and Commercial facilities, buildings, infrastructures & factories, modifying Equipment and addition of new technology or features.

NCDMB - BAYELSA, NIGERIA
The Nigerian Content and Development Monitoring Board Building of which we provide Electrical, Mechanical, and Property Maintenance Services is a 17-story tower structure with a 1000-seat capacity auditorium, a 4-level carpark and its own 10 MW gas-fired power plant.

HERITAGE PLACE - LAGOS, NIGERIA
Heritage Place, the first commercial building in Lagos to be LEED certified in both design and construction comprises of 15,736 sq.m of office space over eight floors and 4 No. 1000 KVA generator sets that provide 100% standby power. Fuel storage for approximately 7 days running time is to be provided.

AOH-ONSA - ABUJA, NIGERIA
The maintenance of the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) includes the provision of on-site personnel, preventive and corrective maintenance services for the generators and HVAC systems installed in the facility, according to the scope of services and maintenance schedules.
