Regular drills, awareness programs, performance indicators and anomaly reporting exercises are also carried out to increase safety consciousness with the aim of reducing accidents to the barest minimum.

Since the beginning of our operations in Nigeria several decades ago, LAMBERT has kept to this ideal through sound HSE practices and a strict adherence to national and local regulations. In all our locations and sites, HSE staff work alongside other personnel to ensure that safety rules are observed. The HSE Department has developed an incentive program to reinforce good safety performance and it is continually reviewed to ensure its effectiveness.

Community Development and Indigenous Empowerment

The Swali Community is an immediate host community for the Nigeria Content Tower project in Bayelsa state, Nigeria. Aside employing Swali community indigenes, Lambert Electromec collaborated with the main contractor to donate a community town hall to the Swali community as part of our CSR.
In other instances, the Ohia Autonomous Communities in Ohaji Egbema LGA, Imo state Nigeria, also benefitted endowment and empowerment support from Lambert Electromec.

Children with special needs and Autism

Through the Children’s Developmental Centre, Lambert Electromec has been able to reach out and impact the lives of children and young people with developmental disabilities.
Lambert Electromec also commits to the awareness, sensitization, and public integration of autistic children.

Special Olympics

Special Olympics supports over 5 million athletes, 1 million coaches and volunteers, more than 100,000 competitions each year, and 32 Olympic-type sports through programs in more than 170 countries. At Lambert Electromec, we are proud to be associated with this noble cause.

The University of Lagos e-library: Arthur Mbanefo Digital Research Center (AMDRC), Lagos Nigeria.

UNESCO states that, "Education for Sustainable Development allows every human being to acquire the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values necessary to shape a sustainable future". Hence, Lambert Electromec Ltd partners with the AMDRC by donating and providing Electro-mechanical systems for its facilities in the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Lambert is also committed to annually sponsoring Post-graduate students and Young professionals of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering in e-research.
