Nigeria's first modular oil refinery, built by Waltersmith Petroman Oil and NCDMB. The refinery was built by a consortium of VFuels and Lambert Electromec to produce kerosene, diesel, naphtha and heavy fuel oil. The engineering, procurement and construction contractors (EPCC) Lambert Electromec Ltd have specialty in Modular Oil & gas Refinery design services with the capacity for designs from 1,000 to 30,000 bpd crude processing units and 1 mmscfd to 20 mmscfd gas processing units. The OSBL (Outside Battery Limit) and ISBL (Inside Battery Limits) respectively were executed for the Waltersmith Refinery of 5,000 bpd capacity (Phase 1) in Nigeria.
